A couple of funny vids, because why not.
I found this on Tumblr, and it is A THING OF BEAUTY. For all my friends who just switched to daylight savings time C: (note: f-bombs aplenty)
And this one I've seen multiple times, but it continues to be funny :D

And the Abbott and Costello one is never not funny!! Priceless!
And also, I will never, ever again see that without thinking of this: You Know Who's on First. Enjoy!! ;-)

Glad you enjoyed it! It's been around for long enough that a lot of people haven't seen it by now!! If you ever want another funny (actually, it'd probably be labeled "crack fic" these days!), I can link you to bit of insanity perpetrated by some friends and me ;-) (It requires a bit of explanation, though!)

Years ago, a friend (who's now a published author, actually) was writing a verrrry long, verrrrry angsty HP fic which involved Harry losing his magic (he sacrificed all of it to defeat Voldie), and the sequel was about Ginny's attempts to fix that (relevant note: she'd gone to ask an ancient goddess for help). So, late in the sequel, some other friends and I were jokingly demanding, in reviews, that the next chapter should contain "unicorns and butterflies and rainbows, dammit", b/c the angst was just sooooo intense.
And somehow, four of us came up with the idea of writing a spoof "chapter" that would include all those ridiculously happy things. And we got one of the admins to post what we wrote as if it were the *actual* next chapter of the angst-fest. The reactions were beyond hysterical!! People were soooo confused about how "Ashwinder" (the friend's author name, which we included as another thing to laugh at in the "chapter"; her friend, Marian, was sort of a co-author, so she's mentioned, too) could have written something so ... sweet. The real author, though, thought it was beyond hysterical, too, and we all laughed like loons over all the people who were totally confused.
It's bonkers to read, but it helps a bit if you have some of the back story. And also, just FYI, the real author is a huge LotR fan, so we had to throw in a reference to that, too.
This is listed as "my" fic, but I actually did have help. None of the others are still active in fandom, though, so that's why it's only got my name on it ;-)
