I had never seen your icons before, so I went and looked for your last set, and in my opinion this one is absolutely better than the last one! Good job! :D
My faves are 3 (the coloring is perfect for the focus on the hand), 6 (I really like the cut and contrast in this one) and 14 (the cut is awesome).
I think you're really good at soft/pale colorings and your crops are really nice. What I feel could use some work is your texture work: I'm no expert by any means, but it seems to me that in your icons - especially in 12 - textures cover the subject a little too much. What I do when this happens to me is usually mask a part of the texture (I don't know if you make your icons with Photoshop, but if you do keep in mind that masks are great allies :D What I like the most about them is that you can "erase" parts of textures, images and such without really erasing them, so if you make a mistake or decide it doesn't look that nice, you can always go back just by deleting or editing your mask! :D).
