SOMEONE HELP I'M FALLING FOR NATASHA ROMANOFF.

Not that that's a bad thing, it is a VERY GOOD THING, but I have so much fic to write and I want to fic her too but I feel like I should watch more than just the Avengers before I do that and I DON'T HAVE TIME.

Or, alternatively, a guide would be helpful too. Which movies do I watch first? Where do I see her being awesome? I SO DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS.

One by one, and come one we want you to write Natasha Romanoff fic so there is no running from it :P

I think you should see Avengers and then Captain America Winter Solider - as they have most of Natasha. She shows up in the second Iron Man which might be the best to see first for reference.

I'm watching Captain America: The First Avenger in pieces at the moment, for Peggy (OMG PEGGY). I've seen the Avengers, will see the other Captain America movie and the two Iron Man movies! (loved RDJ in Avengers :D)

Being emotionally compromised by Natasha Romanoff is pretty much my life now.

As nieseryjna said, Natasha is only three movies. She has a significant presence in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the Avengers. (I would see the Avengers before Winter Soldier, if you haven't already.) Her role in Iron Man 2 is much smaller, but I'd say it's worth it for completion sake. (Some people think Iron Man 2 is terrible, but I'm not one of them.)

She is, of course, also in comics. Those aren't the same as the movies, and aren't everyone's cup of tea, but if you're interested, I can definitely get you started.

I've seen the Avengers, so I'm good on that front. I'l watch the rest of the movies, eventually! It will take me a while though.

I'll probably want to try out the comics once I've run out of movies. I've never really read a good comic before, so that should be interesting, assuming I get to it. Do you mind me leaving a comment somewhere for you if I want comic recs?

Oh, you can always ask me about comics. I'm a comic newbie myself (I started seriously reading less than a year ago), and I have all the zeal of the newly converted.
